1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between rkgg ("we", "Platform") and you as a user ("player", "you"). These Terms take effect from the date you complete your rkgg account registration or from the date you first use any service on this platform, whichever comes earlier.

By using the rkgg platform — whether through the rkgg.vin website or the official rkgg mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms. This agreement is comprehensive and covers all future updates or amendments.

Rkgg reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. However, we will endeavour to inform players of material changes via in-platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

Please notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to security and regulatory compliance, rkgg conducts an identity verification (KYC) process. This requires you to submit valid identification documents. Refusal to complete the KYC process may result in restrictions on account functions, including withdrawals.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Any player found to have violated any of the above rules will face immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds and bonuses in the account, and possible legal action where the situation warrants.

9. Account Closure and Termination

Rkgg reserves the right to suspend or close any account immediately, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:
